Warranty

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you recieved your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

If the product you recieved differs from the one you selected or if the product you recieved suffers from a factory defect  you are elegible for a full refund. Depending on the item and your location you will be asked to ship the recieved item to an address provided by Compreo. Once the item is recieved and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed.

Compreo will not accept any complaints for problems rather than the ones described above.
